From enquiry to invoice: how MSMEBOT CRM's Company Overview page cuts the busywork

Ask a sales manager what takes the longest in a typical CRM, and it's rarely closing the deal. It's hunting across five different screens to answer "what's the full history with this account?" MSMEBOT CRM's Company Overview page exists to make that question take one click, not five.

One page, seven tabs, the whole account

Clicking any company in the Company Master opens its Overview, defaulting to a Summary tab with scorecards (total leads, quotation value, sales order value) and a full chronological timeline of every lead, quotation, sales order, proforma invoice, invoice, activity, and follow-up tied to that account. From there, dedicated tabs cover:

  • Contacts: every person at the company, addable inline.
  • Leads: all leads with stage and status badges.
  • History: an audit trail of changes to the company record itself.
  • Documents: Quotations, Sales Orders, Proforma Invoices, and Invoices, opened directly from sub-tabs.
  • Activities: every logged call, meeting, or site visit.
  • Followups: including full Email and WhatsApp logs of every message ever sent.

Why one wizard for four document types matters

Quotations, Sales Orders, and Proforma Invoices (and Invoices, where enabled) all share the same 3-step creation wizard: Basic Info, Company Details, Product Details. Once a rep has learned it once for a Quotation, converting that Quotation into a Sales Order or Proforma Invoice is a single "Convert" click with a pre-filled form, not re-typing line items from scratch.

Where the trail ends: dispatch and payment

Once a Sales Order is confirmed, Order Tracking follows it through vendor procurement, the Dispatch Register, and the Invoice Register, and a finalized Invoice can be pushed into the Invoice Register with one click via "Add to Invoice Register," instead of re-entering the same amount and date a second time.

The upshot

A manager preparing for a client call doesn't need to ask three different team members for status updates. The Company Overview page already has the answer, timestamped and in order.
